VISITOR GUIDELINE 

1. Visitors must adhere to the viewing guidelines of Immersify Kuala Lumpur.
2. All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia ( RM ).
3. Visitors are responsible for any damages or losses if the viewing guidelines are not followed.
4. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at the venue. Violation of this rule may result in intervention by security and potential involvement of the police.
    Offenders will be held responsible for any infractions.
5. Smoking vape, cigarette, or drugs is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
6. We highly recommend using the restroom before entering. Restrooms are located near our entrance.
7. Please refrain from touching or leaning on exhibits. Non-compliance may result in damage to property or artworks.
8. Please exercise caution, as the venue has mirrored walls. Running may lead to serious injury, so it is advised to avoid running at all times, especially due to the 
    dim lighting in the area.
9. If a visitor's negligence results in damage to the property of Immersify Kuala Lumpur, the visitor may be held liable for compensation.
10. For safety and comfort, we recommend that pregnant women, the elderly, and individuals with low light sensitivity be accompanied by a guardian.
11. Individuals with a history of medical conditions, including but not limited to stroke, panic disorders, heart disease, and seizures, visual disorders are advised to
      exercise caution during their visit.
12. All food and beverages, including water, gum, and candy are prohibited in the exhibit hall.
13. Children must be accompanied by a guardian at all times. Those under 12 years old are only permitted entry when accompanied by a guardian.
14. Please refrain from behaviors that might disrupt the experiences of other visitors.
